Rycon has just completed building a house for us which we absolutely love. The team at Rycon provided a comprehensive process and assistance from the start that enabled us to achieve what we wanted. At every step they worked with us from design, selection of materials, fixtures and fittings, construction, and landscaping. We had some unusual electrical wiring requirements and they handled these without any problems.What was very impressive was the quality of all aspects of the build and the team of very dedicated tradesman that work for them. This included preliminary consultations with key trades prior to construction, during construction and handover. Any issues were quickly and easily resolved.We can thoroughly recommend Rycon for anyone wanting a high quality and professional build.

We have recently completed our “forever home” with Rycon.From the first interaction (site selection and planning) through to the completion and handover, Rycon was helpful, supportive, informative and made the process easier and more stressfree than we ever could have hoped or imagined. No request we ever too difficult and we really valued some of the design “tweaks” that Rycon recommended along the way.All of the Rycon staff were easy to work with, had an attention to detail and were clearly very good at their respective roles. In addition, all of the Rycon on-site trades were polite, friendly and respectful, something that a number of our new neighbours have commented on.We are absolutely loving everything about our new home and are incredibly grateful to Rycon for helping bringing it to reality.
