TIMELESS HOME DESIGN IN SURREY HILLS
Located in Surrey Hills, this custom home is a carefully considered knockdown rebuild designed to support modern family living while maximising the potential of the site. The home introduces a refined contemporary barn style architectural form, delivering 38 squares of living and 45 squares including the alfresco across four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
A defining element of the project was a mature tree positioned at the front of the property. Rather than removing it, the design integrated the tree into the landscape, allowing it to become a feature that grounds the home within the streetscape. Internally, the layout centres around a spacious kitchen with butler’s pantry, supported by three separate living areas that provide flexibility for family life.
Large openings extend the living spaces to a generous alfresco entertaining area with firepit, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Completed over a 12-month build period, the home has become well known within the area and stands as a strong example of our considered approach to custom residential construction.
