Rycon was helpful, supportive, informative and made the process easier and more stressfree than we ever could have hoped or imagined.

With our time working with Rycon about to come to an end, I thought I would drop you an email to let you know how we have found the experience.

Having never built or renovated a home before, we were both naïve and nervous as we embarked on our “forever home” project. From the first interaction through to the completion and handover, Rycon was helpful, supportive, informative and made the process easier and more stressfree than we ever could have hoped or imagined. No request we ever too difficult and we really valued some of the design “tweaks” that Rycon recommended along the way.All of the Rycon staff that we were regularly in contact with were easy to work with, had an attention to detail and were clearly very good at their respective roles.

In addition, all of the Rycon on-site trades were polite, friendly and respectful, something that a number of our new neighbours have commented on.

We are absolutely loving everything about our new home and are incredibly grateful to Rycon for helping bringing it to reality. Should we ever build again, Rycon would definitely be our first port of call.

We found Rycon almost by accident after a year consulting with several companies and independent builders to build our home to our own design. Almost universally the other builders raised their concerns about building on a sloping block, and some of the quotes we got back were outrageous.
